看護基礎教育における医療安全教育に関する研究の動向と課題 Trends and Issues in Research on Medical Safety Education in Basic Nursing Education 中野, 玲子 ナカノ, レイコ Nakano, Reiko 中野 ナカノ Nakano 玲子 レイコ Reiko 西上, あゆみ ニシガミ, アユミ Nishigami, Ayumi 西上 ニシガミ Nishigami あゆみ アユミ Ayumi 看護基礎教育 看護学生 医療安全教育 本研究の目的は,国内の文献を通して,看護基礎教育における医療安全教育の研究の動向と課題を明らかにすることである.文献は,医学中央雑誌Web版を用いて,「医療安全」「看護教育」をキーワードに検索を行い,最終的に看護学生を研究対象とした28文献を抽出した.結果内容の分析から,医療安全に関する演習評価および,看護学生の医療安全に対する意識・認識,インシデントレポートの分析,医療安全行動,リスク感性の5テーマ,10カテゴリーに分類された.10カテゴリーのうち件数が多かったのは,ロールプレイ7件,学年進行による意識の変化4件,インシデントレポートの分析4件であった.医療安全に関する演習評価は,学生の危険予知やリスク回避行動につなげることを目的とした研究が多く,学生は実習を経験することによりインシデント事例に関わる機会も増え,医療安全への関心や意識が高くなっていた.今後さらに実践的な医療安全行動につながる教育のあり方を検討する必要がある.(著者抄録) The purpose of this study is to clarify the trends and issues of research on medical safety education in basic nursing education through domestic literature. The literature was searched using the Web version of the Central Journal of Medicine using the keywords "medical safety" and "nursing education," and finally 28 references were extracted that focused on nursing students as the research subjects. 　From the analysis of the results, they were classified into 10 categories of 5 themes: "evaluation of medical safety exercises", "awareness and recognition of medical safety", "analysis of incident reports", "medical safety behavior", and "risk sensitivity". Of the 10 categories, the most frequent were <role play> (7 cases), <change in awareness with grade progression> (4 cases), and <analysis of incident reports> (4 cases). Many of the studies on the evaluation of medical safety exercises aimed to lead to students' risk prediction and risk avoidance behaviors, and students had more opportunities to be involved in incident cases through their practical training experience, and their interest and awareness of medical safety increased.
