人脳脊髄液中のgamma-Hydroxybutyrateの定性及び定量方法の訂正版 The new corrected edition of a qualitative and quantitative analysis of gamma-Hydroxybutyrate in human cerebrospinal fluid 荒井, 光治 アライ, ミツハル Arai, Mitsuharu 荒井 アライ Arai 光治 ミツハル Mitsuharu ガンマヒドロキシ酪酸 低級脂酸誘導体 同位体希釈法 gamma-Hydroxybutyrate short chain fatty acid derivatives isotope dilution method 荒井らのガンマヒドロキシ酪酸の先のレポートは,タイトル,データその他の数ケ所で間違っていた。今回の報告は前回の訂正版である。ガンマヒドロキシ酪酸は薬理学的に重要で興味ある物質である。人脳脊髄液中のガンマヒドロキシ酪酸の存在は始めて荒井らが証明した。前回のレポートでは血清中のガンマヒドロキシ酪酸の存在について否定した。そして人脳脊髄液中のガンマヒドロキシ酪酸の濃度を間違って報告した。人血清中のガンマヒドロキシ酪酸の存在は著者のデータでは明確でない。しかし今日では血液中のガンマキドロキシ酪酸の存在が明らかにされている。今回の報告で人脳脊髄液中のガンマヒドロキシ酪酸の濃度は約6.22～36.36nmol/mlと訂正した。 This is the corrected edition of Arai M.'s previous report on gamma-Hydroxybutyrate (GHB), which has been discovered to have errors in several parts including its title and data. GHB is a pharmacologically important and interesting substance, and Arai first identified its existence in human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The existence of GHB in serum, which was wrongly denied in the previous report, still needs further confirmation, though GHB has already been identified in whole blood.
