(2010). In Noda (2004) and Nagai et al. (2010), the procedures of picking up an object first with the dominant hand and then by the non-dominant hand was used. In our study, we used the same procedures but in reverse order, so as to investigate the influence of the non-dominant hand on the dominant hand. Results showed that the surface pressure did not significantly increase when picking up a light object with the dominant hand after picking up a heavy object with the non-dominant hand. This result was different from the those reported by Noda (2004) and Nagai et al.
