高齢者の継続訪問実習レポートの評価 Estimation of Student's Paper ; Long-Term Home Visit for Elderly 柴田, 真理子 シバタ, マリコ Shibata, Mariko 柴田 シバタ Shibata 真理子 マリコ Mariko metadata only access 継続訪問、高齢者ケア、アセスメント 高齢社会における保健婦の役割として、高齢者を包括的にアセスメント(援助計画に必要な評価)して、適切な支援体制が提供できる機能であるケア・コーディネーションをする能力が求められている。保健婦教育にかかわる立場から、まず包括的にアセスメントできるために、どのような教育上の工夫が必要かについて考察した。専攻科学生1期生から4期生までの、学生の訪問実習の計4年間にわたる高齢者継続訪問実習レポート(ケアマネジメントの考え方に沿ってまとめたレポートで、訪問対象者の特性による内容の格差が小さい)を用いてアセスメントが十分できたか否か到達状況を知ることができた。しかし高齢者の健康状態に関する情報や、医師との連携、社会支援の情報について学生の捉え方が不十分であることがわかった。したがって今後、毎回の訪問記録用紙や訪問事後に行うカンファレンスを改善し、高齢者保健指導や保健福祉行政論など関連教科の内容の充実などにより、アセスメント能力を高め、保健婦として適切なケアプランを立案できる視点の育成が図れると考えられる。 We made considerations on how the education for the students of community health nursing should be designed and improved, in order to make them well aware of a comprehensive assessment for elderly people. Judged by the reports submitted by the students who were majors of nursing at 1-4 grades and made a 4-year home visit for elderly people, we were able to confirm that they reached the stage of satisfactory assessment. However,it was also discoverd that the information they obtained on the health check for elderly people,the communication with the doctors and the information on social support system were not necessarily satisfactory.
