          <datacite:description xml:lang="ja" descriptionType="Other">「気になる子ども」を担当する保育士に対して, 子どもの行動の捉え方や関わり方について, 助言や指導を行う間接的支援を実施した. 支援開始当初, 保育士は子どもの気になる行動に対し直接的に指導し, 保育士が望む行動を促す関わり方が多く見られ, 子どもの気になる行動が助長されていた. しかし, 記録方法の工夫や気になる行動に対する分析の視点を提示していくことで, 保育士は子ども側の視点から気になる行動を捉え, 関わり方にも変化が見られた. 子どもが発達するためには子どもの持っている能力を上手く引き出していくことが重要である. 今回, 間接的支援を通して保育士の関わり方に変化が見られた要因として, 「気になる子ども」の行動を捉える際の保育士の思考プロセスの形成が芽生えたことによるものと考えられた. 【I. はじめに】 数年前までは思春期の問題として注目されていた, キレやすい, 行動に落ち着きがない, 感情コントロールが難しいなどの問題行動を示す子どもが, 近年では幼児期の段階からみられるようになっており, 保育園においても「気になる子ども」として現状報告が数多くされている.</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description xml:lang="en" descriptionType="Other">We guided him about the way to understand their actions. Before then the nursery teacher grasped their actions superficially and guided them to act as he wanted. As a result the troublesome actions went on increasing. But after w presented the idea of writing down their actions and the viewpoint of analyzing them, the nursery teacher began to change his viewpoint and way to understand their actions. For letting the children grow up, it is important to bring out his latent abilities. The reason why the nursery teacher has changed his attitude to his children seems that the process of thinking of the nursery teacher began to make progress.</datacite:description>
